The Large Hadron Collider (LHC)  is currently generating more and more data on proton-­proton (pp), proton-nucleus (pA) and heavy ion (HI) collisions. It is indeed an exciting period of time for the high­‐energy physics community, in particular for our experimental group, working at ATLAS, and the theoretical group, working on interpretation of new data and proposing new measurements. Cooperation of these two groups, uniting and enhancing their efforts, will be the keystone of this project.
